Hey, everyone, take a moment to say hello to our newest CTBer.

David over at Temple Cuisine is documenting his recipe testing for Elizabeth Andoh's book-in-progress "Kansha: Celebrating Japan's Vegetarian Traditions". This book is scheduled for publication in the Fall of 2010, so this is a wonderful opportunity for us to get a behind-the-scenes look at what looks to be a wonderful cookbook.
